Our Commitment To Privacy

The Way We Use Information:

We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order only to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order. We use the information you provide about someone else when placing an order only to ship the product and to confirm delivery. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.  You can register with our website if you would like to receive our catalog as well as updates on our new products and services. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Our Commitment To Children's Privacy:

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.

How You Can Access Or Correct Your Information?

You can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect online and maintain by the provided online tools to do so. We use this procedure to better safeguard your information.  You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error. To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.

Refund Policies


Web Hosting Refunds

Refund in First 30 Days

If you are not completely satisfied with our Web hosting services, and you notify Anemos Group in writing via either Fax (225-709-9445), or email within the first 30 days of your contract that you wish to cancel, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount, excluding setup fees and overages. If a refund is due, you will be notified by e-mail; it can take up to 30 days after cancellation of your contract to receive your refund. If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please send an e-mail to Anemos Customer Care.

Setup fees are refundable ONLY for the following reasons:

  1. You canceled the account order prior to activation
  2. Your desired domain name was not available 

This policy does not apply to any additional services such as, but not limited to, overages, disk space, e-mail accounts, domain name registration, and Web design services.

Refund Policy for Renewals

Charges for the renewal of Web hosting contracts will be refunded if written notification (either via e-mail message or fax transmission) is received no later than the tenth day following the renewal date. This ten day grace period applies to all Anemos Group Web hosting plans. Note that refunds will not be granted if your written notification is received after the grace period.  There will be no exceptions to this policy. 

Your e-mail notification to us must be sent from the contact e-mail address that we have on file for your account. Likewise, if you fax your notification to us, your fax must be on letterhead.  This is to prevent the unwanted cancellation of your services by an unauthorized party.

Domain Registration (applies to Web hosting products only)

If domain name registration is associated with the account, upon the cancellation of the Web hosting product, the account will be downgraded to Domain Name Registration Only.

Domain name registration fees are not refundable

Requests to Cancel After Renewal Date

You must notify Anemos Group before or within ten days of the Renewal Date on your contract if you wish to cancel an account. Anemos Group does not offer prorated refunds for cancellation requests submitted after ten days of the renewal date. 

No Transfer of Funds Between Accounts

Anemos Group does not transfer funds from one account to another for any reason.

Contact and Billing Information

It is your responsibility to keep valid contact and billing information on your account. Anemos Group will continue to send information regarding your account in accordance with the contact information you have provided in your Control Panel.

Balance Due

Please be advised that the cancellation of an account does not release you from financial responsibility. If your account has a past due balance and you are not eligible for a refund, the Anemos Group Accounting department will continue collection efforts.

Web Design Refunds

All refunds pertaining to Web Design will be granted pursuant to the Web Design and Hosting Agreement. 




Billing and Payment.  

Unless specified in writing Anemos will invoice all recurring fees on the 15th of each month for the following month, with payment being due by the 1st of the following month.

Prepayment and Recurring Billing.

Discounts are offered for Annual, Semi-Annual, and Quarterly Payment as well as for the establishment of Automatic Recurring electronic payment*.   * Requires the completion of a Recurring Billing Agreement. 


  1. Provider reserves the right to suspend web hosting services for failure to pay Provider for any services as noted herein. Provider must provide written notice (to include email) to Customer two (2) business days prior to service suspension. Upon payment of any outstanding invoices due to Provider and a $25 reinstatement fee, Provider agrees to reinstate web hosting services within two (2) business days.
  2. Customer agrees to pay Provider a late fee of 5% of invoice total or $5.00, whichever is greater, for each month outstanding invoices remain unpaid and agree to pay any and all of Provider’s reasonable attorney’s fees (stipulated to be a minimum of $500) in the event Customer’s account is turned over for collection proceedings, whether by demand letter, suit, or otherwise.
